How to place an order?
At Mochinho, you can make any purchase without the need for registration. Just select the products you want and fill in the necessary information to complete the process, warning that some of these fields are mandatory and are properly marked.
Before completing the purchase, you should confirm the desired items, total price (including shipping and VAT), and shipping information. Providing an incorrect or incomplete delivery address may result in its return to Mochinho, resulting in additional costs for the Customer.
As the user is solely responsible for filling in these fields, care should be taken to provide all correct data and to keep all registration information confidential and non-transmissible.

What are the shipping methods?
The ordered items will be sent via CTT express after good collection and will only be reserved for up to 48 hours without payment. At the end of this period, we are not responsible for the sale or eventual rupture of stock of the same items.
Once the order has been dispatched, the user will receive a confirmation email with details regarding the payment method they selected.
The order will be delivered from Monday to Friday (working days) at the delivery address indicated in the purchase process and with the respective detailed invoice.
